Yuliy Yusupov is the Director of Center for Economic Development. He has extensive experience in research and consultancy work in the countries of Central Asia on two directions: a) research and consultancy in economic development, business development and economic policy (on wide range of areas), b) marketing research and consultancy (on wide range of issues) including on external trade, promotion of goods and services for export. Employed for various international organizations: UNDP, EBRD, World Bank, USAID, UNICEF, IFAD, GIZ, UNESCO, JICA, OSCE and others and actively involved as an international consultant mainly for EBRD projects and programs. He is the author of several textbooks and monographs and more than 20 analytical reports, more than 150 articles in scientific journals and collections.
