The course will combine both theory and practice and will consist of the following modules: 1. Ideation & customer validation; 2. MVP; 3. Business & financial model; 4. Scaling. Mr Lavrentiev is IT-executive with a product background. Currently, he works as a COO at UZUM – the leading national ecosystem. Previously, he was CEO of SIFOX, which creates IT products for telecom in the US, Africa and Russia.
