Evolution X (Official)

Android 14 QPR3 (June 2024 security patches) will start to roll out to officially supported devices starting today. Expect a few issues if any but everything should work the same as before.

For the final time, I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to every individual that we have previously banned due to unnecessary drama, impatience when providing support, ego or just plain negligence, especially towards several groups of people, such as the Indian community, newbies in the custom ROM world and members of other custom ROM teams. I'm sorry for my previous actions and behavior. No one deserves any negative treatment, especially discrimination or racism. I would like to end any remaining quarrels with all involved in the Android community as we continue to pursue a better Evolution X for the future. I will strive to be a completely different person from the previous encounters you had with me and will take into account all my interactions and mistakes. I hope this helps everyone in the custom ROM community move on from any remaining negative emotions.

Builds with Play Integrity API certification passing out of the box are rolling out for Officially supported devices, starting with the Google Pixel 7 series.

Hi all, @aidanwarner here. I've been brought on to help with all things PR related (Public Relations). As Joey stated previously, we want to do everything we can to remain fully neutral moving forwards. If anyone has a specific issue with anything we have publicly stated moving forwards, you're welcome to message me privately and we can figure it out. Good day to all. This is to call for a truce. To anyone who has had issues/beef with us in the past and would like to settle it amicably, we're open to hear you out in the group. We will listen to what you have to say, and what adjustments/agreements can be done to further improve our relations with other members of the Android custom ROM community. We'd like to totally move on from past issues and start anew with everyone. Consider this our apologies for past conflicts and a way to mend rifts that have occurred previously.

Project Elixir wipes the internal+external storage, along with eSIM data, of users who use cracked/pirated builds. They also pay wall open source features behind subscriptions. Sorry for another unrelated announcement, but please know our team promises not to include any codes such as the one posted. We will also promise to not lock features behind subscriptions either.

We've merged May 2024 security patches into XYZ! Initial release will be version 9.0 for all official devices and rollout starts today. All official devices will be required to build version 9.x onwards only and Evo AOSP will be deprecated for official devices (unless allowed due to booting issues).

Quick trivia, on v8.5 of Evo X, if you tap 'version codename', it will lead straight to the wiki page of whichever codename is used. 👌🏻
