As we all wait for Android 14, latest October security patches have been manually merged into our Android 13 sources; release tags aren't out yet that's why it's a manual merge for now. Just in case some maintainers may want to release with the latest patches. Version 7.9.9 is Tocino! (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tocino)
