In Loving Memory of Apelete Seketeli It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear friend, teammate, and community member, Apelete Seketeli, who passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 16th. Within Evolution X, Apelete was far more than a contributor. His knowledge, insight, and quiet dedication (especially to the Google Pixel 4/5 series). helped countless users and team members alike. Most recently at FOSDEM, he spoke about the fundamentals and the revival of Pixel support within Evolution X and beyond, sharing his passion with the wider open source community. Our hearts are with Mawuena, Juliette, and Dodji Seketeli, and with his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him. We hope and encourage you all, member of the Evolution X community to share their memories, thoughts, and condolences so his family can truly see the impact he had, how far his work reached, how many people he helped, and how many devices continue to live on because of his dedication.
