Telegram Design Contest: Round 2 –Telegram Stars Feature: Paid Pin of Comments (Android) Content creators can allow users to pin their comments for Telegram Stars by specifying a minimum number in the discussion settings. This is analogous to media-donates, which are often used by streamers. Authors still have the option to delete even pinned comments — they decide for what. – General Feature: Video Segments (IOS) Specify a list of timecodes in the caption of your video.
