Объединяем видео и аудио потоки Итак, дополнение к предыдущему посту. Из-за технологии потоковой передачи DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP), используемой youtube, мы не можем получить сразу видео в нужном качестве со звуковой дорожкой из-за ее отсутствия в потоке. В качестве решения мы можем по отдельности забрать аудио и видео и объединить с помощью утилиты ffmpeg. Для этого выбираем нужные потоки video и audio, после чего передаем url'ы в команду для инициирования создания процесса для скачивания и объединения потоков с помощью ffmpeg. #youtube

Tech Giants Train AI on YouTube Content Without Consent A recent investigation by Proof News has unveiled that tech giants such as Apple, Anthropic, Nvidia, and Salesforce utilized content from over 170,000 YouTube videos to train their AI models without the creators’ consent. The dataset, named “YouTube Subtitles,” includes transcripts from over 48,000 channels, featuring popular creators, news outlets, and educational channels. EleutherAI, a nonprofit organization, compiled this data as part of a larger collection called ‘The Pile,’ aimed at providing training materials for developers and academics. Creators were unaware of their content being used for AI training, and YouTube’s Terms of Service prohibit such usage without permission. Apple reportedly employed this dataset to train OpenELM, a model related to new AI features for iPhones and MacBooks. This revelation highlights significant ethical and moral concerns, though legal repercussions for the companies involved remain unclear.
