The SOL/ETH hot capital ratio has slid to a year-to-date low of 0.045. On July 29, $ETH saw record short-term inflows as SOL hit a local top — but both are now cooling, with a sharper slowdown in $SOL, pointing to a fading yet clear ETH-led rotation.
