Folks! Regarding all the issues you faced — find your question here and get the answer you need! Nomis App FAQ⚖️ 1. How much are the gas fees for minting an SBT? The fees are around $0.50-0.70, depending on the network load. 2. Why isn’t the app working or is it working slowly? We are experiencing high traffic, so our servers are under heavy load. Please be patient; our development team is working on it! 3. Why is my transaction pending fortoo long? One potential reason could be that you set a gas fee too low for the TON network to process. Check your transaction later. If it remains pending for more than 24 hours, please raise a support ticket in our Discord. 4. I've minted my Score, but the Nomis app doesn't acknowledge it in the task list. What should I do? This is a known issue with the indicator affecting all users. It will be resolved soon. Thank you for your patience! 5. The mint button isn't working. What should I do? This issue is affecting all users. Due to the rate limits of an external API, the signature needed for minting data is not being formed. We are working on a fix and it will be resolved soon. Please wait for the update. 6. How often does the TON Score update? The answer can be broken down into the following points: - The TON Score updates every 24 hours from the last performed transaction. - When you click “Get Score,” you retrieve its value off-chain, which can later be minted as an SBT. - Once you mint the TON Score, it retains the last score value you had before minting. To update it on-chain (in the SBT’s metadata), you need to use the “Update” button. This action also requires gas fees as it is an on-chain action, just like minting. 7. How can I increase my Score? Be active on the TON blockchain: make swaps, deposits, withdrawals, buy NFTs — engage in more on-chain activities. Don’t forget the specifications mentioned in the previous question. 8. What is the point of minting TON Score? Most utilities for the TON Score can be found on ScoreFront, a platform where Nomis Score holders can get rewards based on their on-chain reputation, such as airdrops, point multipliers, whitelists, etc. As more projects adopt TON Score, you can unlock more personalized offers and experiences! 9. Why do I need to pay for gas if the TON Score is free? You pay gas and storage fees to the TON Blockchain to process your transaction, collect your on-chain activity, and store it on the blockchain. We can't remove this fee as it is a requirement of the TON blockchain. Nomis earns nothing from this fee, but we have removed the minting price for the first 1 million users. 10. Why my TON wallet (e.g. Tonkeeper) doesn’t show TON Score SBT? A: Usually this happens to newly minted/updated TON Score, it'll be shown in your wallet within ~24h though. There's nothing wrong with that, and this comes due to the data structure of TON blockchain, as well as how often the wallet application you use requests up-to-date onchain data. 10.
