Iran Red Crescent Chief Urges ICRC to Help Free Touska Crew, Visits w.a.r-damaged Areas in Tehran Iran's Red Crescent chief Dr. Koolivand met with ICRC President Mirjana Spoljaric, calling for negotiations to free the Touska ship's crew.
