Xavier Castellanos, IFRC Under Secretary General, in his meeting with Pir Hossein Kolivand, President of the IRCS, said that after his recent visit to Iran, he has spoken with government officials and leaders of national Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies frommore than 60 countries about the capabilities and services of the Iranian Red Crescent, laying the groundwork for the expansion of multilateral humanitarian cooperation. @iranian_IRCS
