Oneplus 13 ColorOS 15 to OxygenOS 15 v3.0 Changelog: - Flashing script integrates carrier fixes, eliminating the need for separate fix-carrier.bat. - One-script flash simplifies the process for rooted and non-rooted users. - Rooted users only gets 1 cos 401 file, and non-rooted gets two cos 401 files (needed for carrier to work) - Includes @greg44f's fix for AI/Power features and carrier compatibility for rooted users. - Carrier functionality works immediately post-flash for non-rooted users.
