❗️According to reliable information, the Kiev regime is preparing another monstrous provocation, similar to the one in Kramatorsk, to accuse Russian servicemen of so-called war crimes with massacres of civilians. ▫️To this end, battalion of the 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will soon launch a Tochka-U attack on an area of refugees concentration at the railway station in Lozovaya. ▫️The missiles will be launched from Staromikhailovka direction to simulate a strike from the territory allegedly controlled by the Russian Armed Forces and Donetsk People's Republic formations. ▫️Such actions by Ukrainian authorities once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of its own citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law. ❗️We stress in particular that Tochka-U tactical missiles are only used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. ▫️Taking the above into account, we warn the countries of the so-called "civilised West"led by the US in advance that the Russian Federation has an evidence base of another terrible crime being prepared by the Kiev regime. ❗️New false staged provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly abusing the population of Ukraine are being prepared by the Kiev regime under the guidance of the British intelligence services in Sumy region. ❗️Representatives of the Ukrainian and Western media have been invited to Seredina Buda town in Sumy Region, which was formerly under the control of Russian troops, to conduct staged video footage. In order to conceal the provocation and prevent it from being exposed by real witnesses, a curfew has been imposed in the city and the local population has been forcibly evicted from the places where the filming took place. ▫️In Nizhnyaya Syrovatka near Sumy, bodies are being dragged into one of the basements of residential buildings to be presented as allegedly another victim of the Russian Army. As conceived by the "British filmmakers", units of Russian troops allegedly massacred and humiliated civilians as they withdrew. Another fake will be promoted by the Western media in the very near future. Its aim is to further increase Russophobia against the backdrop of Europe's rapidly developing economic crisis. ❗️Please note that Russian troops withdrew from this location three weeks ago - on March 20. Such events, if they really happened, could not have failed to become public in such a long period. Moreover, the Kiev regime is looking for any reasons to accuse Russia of genocide of the Ukrainians. A whole network of foreign information-psychological influences on the population is currently operating in Ukraine, producing "dirty tricks" on a professional basis. ❗Statement by Russian Defence Ministry ▪ On March 14, at about 11.30 a.m. Moscow time, Tochka-U tactical missile was fired at a residential block of Donetsk city from the territory controlled by the Kiev nationalist regime. ▪ The shelling of the city was carried out from the north-western direction, from the area of Krasnoarmeysk settlement, which is controlled by Ukrainian nationalist units. ▪ As a result of the explosion of a cluster warhead in the center of Donetsk, 20 civilians were killed. Another 28 people, including children, were seriously injured and taken to medical institutions. ▪ The use of such weapons on a town with no armed forces firing positions, i.e. deliberately targeting civilians, is a war crime. ▪ The armament of Tochka-U missile' warhead with cluster ammunition proves that the purpose of the nationalists' strike on the city was to kill as many civilians as possible. ❗I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the decision to use this type of missile weapons is made, at least, by the command of the Ukrainian grouping of troops, after approval by the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kiev. ▪ All this once again confirms the Nazi and anti-human nature of the ruling regime in Ukraine today. #MoD#Russia#Ukraine#Donetsk @mod_russia_en
