其实从 GPTs 开始，所有 AI 平台就在想做 AI 即内容的生态 但是前端网页的生态我感觉目前 work 的只有像 WIX/Notion 那样做 SEO 进 Google，或者是 ko-fi/linktree，但即便是 ko-fi 很大程度上也是依赖外部流量 我在想要形成自闭环社区的机会点可能本质上还得是基于兴趣，只是 AI 能够快速创建一些内容出来做一个助推器 没太想好说实话，但是至少之前「雷军回应小米汽车事故」那个假新闻是部署在 YouWare 上的 他们也许在正确的路上 #碎碎念#AI

当一个AI效果表现出问题的时候： - 模型层可能是去换更适合的模型，想办法 SFT/LoRA； - 策略层可能是考虑做分类器/工作流； - 应用层可能是考虑去交互上限制用户输入/控制用户预期。 我觉得面试AI产品经理需要把这些都面一遍。 另外AI产品经理这个词66.67%还是产品经理这四个字，所以也需要考验66.67%的产品经理策划/规划/设计/执行/管理/领导力/商业思维基本功。 不是说沾了AI，产品经理就不是产品经理了，只懂调教AI的应该叫做AI Engineer/Architect. Anyway. #碎碎念#AI
