Вчера Anthropic выкатили Claude Code Channels, а это значит, что теперь Claude Code подключается к Telegram. 🔥🔥🔥
Нужна подписка Max или Pro. Ставится за 10 минут, документация тут.
Работает так: пока открыт терминал на компе, бот в ТГ принимает сообщения и передаёт их прямо в Claude Code. Никаких промежуточных серверов, никаких трат на API. Всё в рамках подписки. Закрыли терминал, ТГ замолчал.
➡️ Можно кинуть фото или скриншот, он подхватывает, смотрит, анализирует.
➡️Можно добавить бота в групповой чат и работать вместе с коллегой. Это когда надо одновременно всем один документик обсудить. Только не забываете ограничить доступ к файлам, потому что чужие ручки смогут управлять вашим Claude и получить то, чего не надо.

🔘Что такое скилы Claude Code - разбираем все четыре уровня
Все говорят про скилы Claude Code. Репозитории летят в чаты, кто-то что-то подключает, восхищается, и складывается ощущение что нужно срочно всё установить себе, иначе пролетишь.
На деле путаница возникает потому что одним словом называют четыре принципиально разные вещи.
▶️CLAUDE.md - это память Claude. Файл на вашем компьютере, который он читает при каждом запуске. Ваши правила, контекст проектов, технические запреты. Именно здесь живёт то, что вы устали повторять каждую сессию заново.
▶️Официальные скилы - готовые способности от Anthropic. Создать Word-документ, Excel-таблицу, презентацию, PDF. Если вы пользуетесь Claude.ai в браузере - они уже работают, ничего настраивать не нужно. Для терминала скачивать тут. Там же открытый стандарт как писать свои.
▶️Пользовательские скилы - чужой опыт, упакованный в текстовый файл. Любой человек может написать инструкцию "как делать X" и выложить на GitHub. Брать можно, но не всё подряд — иначе станет только хуже.
Чтобы не искать самостоятельно по GitHub, есть готовые каталоги:
awesome-claude-code - качественная подборка, отобранная вручную. Скилы, хуки, плагины, агенты.
awesome-claude-skills - каталог скилов с описаниями и категориями, удобно для поиска нужного.
awesome-agent-skills - большой репозиторий, совместим с Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI и другими.
skillsmp.com — сайт, где можно искать скилы по категориям, не копаясь в GitHub.
▶️MCP-серверы - это уже другой уровень. Не знания и инструкции, а реальные подключения к внешним сервисам. Через MCP Claude не просто знает про ваш проект — он его использует. Про это надо отдельно и подробно.

🆕Протестировали Claude для Chrome — и это интереснее, чем кажется
Достали ранний доступ к браузерному расширению от Anthropic. 🥳🥳🥳
В описании всё скромно: помощь с формами, черновики писем, планирование встреч.
Решили не мелочиться — дали две задачи посерьёзнее.
Задача 1: найти свежие новости про AI-агентов.
Задача 2: в Make собрать автоматизацию — взять RSS-ленту по ИИ и отправлять новости в Google Таблицу.
Что происходило
🔵Начали с поиска. Claude сам открыл Google, стал искать, кликать, читать. Каждый раз — с «разрешите перейти на страницу?» Нашёл, проверил источники, выдал краткое резюме — всё по делу.
🔵Дальше — Make.
Тут стало веселее. Claude сам создал первую ноду, настроил RSS-канал (и, кстати, сразу выбрал нормальную ленту, не левую). С выбором нужной Google Таблицы тоже справился без проблем.
А вот дальше — стоп. Надо было замапить поля: перетащить прямоугольнички с данными из RSS-модуля (заголовок, описание, ссылку) в колонки таблицы.
Claude честно пытался. Крутился, пробовал, сдавался, снова пытался. Но drag-and-drop победил.
В какой-то момент реально хотелось схватить мышку и сделать за него.
Реальность использования
В целом — Клод вывозит. 🔥
Но…
Каждое. Действие. Требует. Подтверждения.
Открыть сайт — подтвердить. Прокрутить вниз — подтвердить. Перейти на вкладку — подтвердить. Сделать шаг в Make — подтвердить.
Когда понимаешь, что делать, быстрее просто кликнуть самому.
Зато ощущение — новое.
Если агенты GPT живут в своём «виртуальном мире» и показывают всё в чате, то Claude работает прямо в твоём браузере, на твоих страницах, под твоим аккаунтом.
Как будто кто-то сидит рядом и помогает.
Пока всё ещё сырое, местами неловкое, но живое. Claude будто учится у тебя на глазах. Посмотрим, как быстро он перестанет спотыкаться — и начнёт уверенно водить мышкой.
⏩Детали доступа. Claude для Chrome доступен пользователям тарифа Max (100 баксов в месяц), но агентный режим по умолчанию выключен. Чтобы включить, нужно подать заявку на ранний доступ.

Trump Allies Draft AI Executive Order: A Shift in U.S. AI Policy?
According to Washington Post allies of former U.S. President Donald Trump are drafting an AI executive order that could significantly impact the nation’s approach to artificial intelligence.
This proposed order aims to boost military AI development, roll back existing regulations, and position America at the forefront of AI innovation. A key section titled ‘Make America First in AI’ calls for initiatives akin to the historic Manhattan Projects, emphasizing rapid advancements in military AI capabilities.
The draft also suggests the creation of industry-led agencies to evaluate AI models and safeguard systems against foreign threats. Additionally, it proposes an immediate review and elimination of what it terms 'burdensome regulations' on AI development, as well as the repeal of President Biden's existing AI executive order. With Senator J.D. Vance, an advocate for open-source AI and minimal regulation, named as Trump’s running mate, this policy could mark a dramatic shift from the current administration's more cautious and safety-focused AI strategy.

🧨 The AI War: Claude Picks the Targets, Trump Breaks the Company
While Trump shouts about “death and destruction all day long,” the real war brain is a chatbot.
The Pentagon hit a thousand targets in Iran’s first 24 hours by wiring up Palantir’s Maven Smart System to Anthropic’s Claude — an AI stack that hoovers classified data from satellites, drones and intel feeds, then spits out suggested targets, coordinates, and a ranked kill list “at machine speed” instead of human speed.
Maven+Claude has been in daily use across much of the U.S. military for a year, generating targets, tracking logistics, and summarizing battlefield intelligence; it was used in counterterror ops and even the raid that grabbed Maduro, but this is its first full‑scale war.
There’s just one problem: Trump has banned the company behind the tool he’s using to wage that war. Hours before the bombing started he ordered U.S. agencies to phase out Anthropic within six months, after a bitter fight over using Claude for mass domestic surveillance and fully autonomous weapons. Senior officials now admit the military is so dependent on the system that if Dario Amodei tried to pull the plug mid‑campaign, the White House would use emergency powers to keep the tech running anyway:
“we’re not going to let [Amodei’s] decision making cost a single American life.”
Inside the building, they sell it as a revolution. Maven with Claude can turn weeks of target development into real‑time recommendations, and Centcom officers brag that the system has already replaced the work of thousands of staff with a couple dozen people in some units.
NATO markets its Palantir‑powered version as a video‑game‑like interface for managing battles; CNAS’s Paul Scharre calls it the shift from human to machine speed, while warning that “AI gets it wrong” and that humans still have to check the output when “the stakes are life and death.”
Outside, the arms race is already moving on. Anthropic may have been first to plug generative AI into classified data at scale, but Musk’s xAI and OpenAI have now signed their own deals on secure government systems, just as Trump is trying to dump Claude and replace it with something more compliant. Amodei insists he believes in using AI to “defend democracies” and “defeat autocratic adversaries,” yet he’s now locked in a fight with a U.S. president who wants more control over how that AI is used — at home and on the kill chain.
On paper, this is “modernization.” In practice, it’s something darker: a president who promises endless military power, a war machine that can generate targets faster than anyone can debate them, and a tech CEO whose “ethical red lines” last exactly as long as his access to classified contracts. The Iran war isn’t just the first big test of AI in combat; it’s the pilot project for turning the fog of war into a software service — and then fighting over who owns the switch.
