We just want to be upfront and honest with you all. As you know, we decided to take some manual trades this week, and unfortunately, we got it wrong — plain and simple. It wasn’t the AI, it wasn’t the system — it was our call, and we take full responsibility for it. We know this loss hurts — for you and for us — and we can only say we’re truly sorry. We’ve always tried to make the right decisions and act in everyone’s best interest, but this time, it didn’t go our way. We’ll take some time to review everything, learn from it, and work out a fair way to make things right for everyone affected.
