The Japanese government has relaxed its migration laws for the first time in 250 years. Now migrants from absolutely all Muslim countries, even from Afghanistan, can come to Japan. Knowledge of Japanese is no longer required, and a foreign passport is all that’s needed for entry. Two days after the law came into effect, 20,000 Arab tourists arrived in the country.
