The first 2024 GOP presidential debate is tomorrow at 9 p.m. ET. For the eight candidates who will be on stage, Wednesday night will be incredibly important; It’s their best chance to get their message in front of a massive national audience. Notably absent from the lineup: Donald Trump. The former president is skipping the debate, citing his lead in the polls. (He also refused to sign a pledge to support the eventual nominee — an RNC requirement to participate.)
