#Numbers Sono più di 400 milioni gli utenti che, mensilmente, accedono a Pinterest, anche se resta un social ancora di nicchia. Il 71% degli utenti globali di Pinterest - secondo quanto afferma Wired Italia - sono donne. Si tratta, cioè, di quel gruppo di persone che prende decisioni di acquisto per la sua famiglia, anche nel nostro Paese, sfruttando Pinterest come strumento per pianificare dei momenti della sua vita, ben nell'85% dei casi. Brand e aziende hanno dunque terreno fertile per veicolare un percorso di acquisto su questo social. Lo dimostra anche il fatto che il 47% dei “pinner” accede al sito appositamente per fare acquisti, rendendo Pinterest quasi quattro volte più efficace nel generare vendite rispetto ad altre piattaforme social.
