📱 New Service Notification from Telegram. — If someone transfers channel ownership to you, you’ll now receive an alert telling you that you’ve been assigned as the new owner of that channel. You can decline the transfer, and the rights will go back to the person who tried to pass them to you — and they’ll get a notification saying you rejected the transfer. This was added to production in the last update [12.2.10 (6341)], and the Passkey option is still disabled by country. Currently, it is only available for Russian 🇷🇺 numbers.
