4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣ • The National Research University "Higher School of Economics" (HSE) has announced an academic mobility program for 2nd–3rd year TSUL students To participate, candidates must have a GPA of at least 70% and demonstrate proficiency in Russian. Students wishing to study abroad under this program must submit the following documents to their faculty dean’s office by November 10: – a copy of their academic transcript; – a copy of the passport page with personal data for international travel; – certificates (optional); – contact details. The semester runs from January 12 to June 30, 2026. Orientation session and dormitory check-in – from January 10, 2026. Requirements for candidates: – English language level (if studying in English) – at least B2 (Upper-intermediate); – Russian language level (if studying in Russian) – at least C1 (Advanced). Students will be provided accommodation in one of HSE dormitories at a cost of up to 3000 rubles/month. The project allows students to study abroad at a partner university in the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year without paying tuition fees. However, all other expenses (transportation, visa, insurance, dormitory, and living costs) must be covered by the student.
