⚖👨‍💻👩‍💻💬 • An international scientific-practical conference titled "Development of State and Law in Uzbekistan: New Approaches and Trends" was held At Tashkent State University of Law, the international scientific-practical conference "Development of State and Law in Uzbekistan: New Approaches and Trends" took place, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Law, Professor Khojimurad Tukhtamurodovich Odilkoriev. The conference was attended by representatives from the Oliy Majlis (Parliament), the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Justice, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as leading scholars from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, and other countries. The conference, focused on reforms in the state and legal spheres, modern scientific approaches, and pressing issues in jurisprudence, discussed current trends in the development of the state and legal system, advanced foreign experience, and issues related to improving national legislation. Information was also presented about Professor Odilkoriev’s scientific legacy, his contributions to the development of the theory of state and law, and his achievements in training young professionals. During the sessions, reports were heard on the legal foundations of reforms implemented under the "New Uzbekistan" concept, issues of democratizing public administration, modern mechanisms for ensuring human rights and freedoms, and the introduction of digital technologies into the judicial and legal system. @tsulbox
