(One-Year)โ€ launched between TSUL and the National Forensic Sciences University of India Head of the Department of Cyber Law at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL), Doctor of Law, Professor Said Gulyamov, and lecturer of the department Amirjon Mardonov visited the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) of India. As part of the visit, representatives of TSUL took part in the opening ceremony of the Joint LL.M. (one-yyear) masterโ€™s program implemented between the two universities. In addition, a meeting was held with the leadership of the National Forensic Sciences University to discuss the organization of the educational process, alignment of the joint curriculum, implementation of an academic assessment system, and the establishment of faculty exchange. Special attention was given to practice-oriented learning, the development of assessment criteria, and mechanisms for the mutual recognition of academic credits (ECTS). The parties also exchanged views on establishing a Joint Center for LegalTech and Cyber Research at TSUL. Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached to conduct joint bootcamp programs and master classes on LegalTech and cybersecurity, to develop practice-oriented educational modules and research projects, to implement a system for mutual recognition of credits (ECTS), and to organize faculty and student exchanges. During the opening ceremony of the joint masterโ€™s program, Professor Said Gulyamov was awarded the title of โ€œHonorary Professorโ€ for his significant contribution to the development of legal science and international academic cooperation. The Joint LL.M.
