Academic staff members with a minimum of 25 years of teaching and research experience at Tashkent State University of Law who have made a substantial contribution to the University’s development: Mavlyuda Akhmedshaeva — nominee from the Department of Theory of State and Law; Omonbay Okyulov — nominee from the Department of Civil Law; Rustam Zufarov — nominee from the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Anti-Corruption Studies; Govkherjan Yuldasheva — nominee from the Department of International Law and Human Rights; Leonid Khvan — nominee from the Department of Administrative and Financial Law. 2. Specialists who have obtained a PhD or an equivalent academic degree from foreign higher education institutions ranked in the Top 300 by internationally recognised ranking organisations: Shahzoda Tuychieva — nominee from the Department of Private International Law; Jurabek Nematov — nominee from the Department of Administrative and Financial Law; Fitrat Umirov — nominee from the Department of Constitutional Law. 3. Candidates with extensive practical experience in public or state affairs who have demonstrated exceptional professional merit, nominated upon the recommendation of the Rector of TSUL: Firyuza Mukhitdinova — nominee nominated by the Rector; Igor Kudryavtsev — nominee nominated by the Rector Laylo Aslanova - nominee nominated by the Rector. Note: Candidates eligible for election to the Senate of Professors must be distinguished legal professionals with high ethical standards, strong academic and practical expertise, and proven professional achievements. Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria: 1.
