How to control your subconscious mind? 1. Affirmations : Affirmations mean positive thoughts you feed to yourself. Example - I am a great learner, I am a confident person. By doing this, your negative thoughts will be replaced by positive thoughts. 2. Fake it till you make it : Assume that you are doing those things which you want to do. Example - If you want to wake up early then tell yourself that you have been waking up early daily for many days. 3. Lie to make it :If you believe that your work is a difficult thing for you then just lie to your mind that it is very easy for me to do this work, say this again and again to yourself that this is very easy for me! 4. Read some quality stuff:Reading some quality stuff will expand your views, you will get multiple aspects of things. Your conventional thoughts will be replaced by other higher quality thoughts. 5. Read life stories of great personalities :You will get to know their belief systems. It will help you to change your conventional belief system.
