New add-on — 👥 Departments Hi, today we announce a huge update: Operators' Departments. It means that you will now be able to: 1️⃣ Allow customers to select the department or category of questions they need help with. 2️⃣ Automatically assign a department based on the section of a website or a web page. 3️⃣ Arrange a variety of support levels for your customers. 4️⃣ If you have many branches across cities, customers can be served by local operators now. 5️⃣ You can also manage department assignment using our API add-on. ⚡️One more thing: Departments can be mandatory to start a dialog, or they can be hidden for the client.
