🗣 «Вся инфраструктура безопасности и оповещения там заточена на Telegram. Мы не можем не реагировать на уязвимость наших частей из-за возможной блокировки», — заявил Обухов.
По мнению депутата, в вопросах нацбезопасности и конституционных прав граждан нужен баланс, а не «рубильник», который лишает граждан привычного средства коммуникации.

Депутат предложил перенаправить энергию регуляторов с борьбы против мессенджеров на борьбу с бедностью.
🗣 «Предлагаю Правительству вместо замедления Telegram замедлить рост тарифов ЖКХ, жадность олигархов, рост цен в "Пятерочках" и других торговых сетях».
