SK govt has just announced another housing measures to curb home price. 1) it designates all Seoul districts including Gyeonggi areas as speculative zones 2) Home backed loan limit for home prices of W1.5B-W2.5B: W400M and more than W2.5B: W200M 3) setting up supervisory office for illegal home transaction that makes home price high. 4) Investigation for those who gives the expensive houses to their childern. 5)Stress rate for home backed loans to be offered in metropolitan area including Seoul will be raised to 3% from 1.5%. SK govt also hints to reform tax on housing market ( holding tax hike is on the table).
