While you're waiting for update with folders, here is funny thing: Telegram Desktop still has button for top bar notification button. Most interesting thing here is that this variant of switching notifications was never released. It was added in beta version 1.1.23.2 (betas were closed before), and commented out shortly after. Since notification switch is already exists in profiles, there is no point in duplicating it. But I'd like to know, which variant you like more.
