🗓On December 29, President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree establishing April 19 as the Day of Remembrance for the Victims of the Genocide of the Soviet People, perpetrated by the Nazis and their accomplices during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The draft law to introduce this Day of Remembrance was developed by Russia's State Duma Committee on Defence in November 2025. The authors of the initiative proposed commemorating the victims on April 19, as on this date in 1943 the first legal act was issued that officially documented the Nazis’ policy of exterminating civilians in the occupied territories – Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR No. 39 “On punishment measures for Nazi villains guilty of killing and torturing the Soviet civilian population and captured Red Army soldiers, for spies, traitors to the motherland from among Soviet citizens and for their accomplices”. Decree No. 39 laid the legal foundations for bringing to justice Nazi criminals and their accomplices, including Italian, Romanian, Hungarian and Finnish military personnel. Materials collected during investigations conducted on the basis of Decree No. 39 formed a key part of the evidentiary base at the Nuremberg Tribunal, the Khabarovsk Trial, and other judicial proceedings against war criminals from the Axis powers. 💬 Speaking at a meeting of Pobeda (Victory) Organizing Committee on July 2, 2020, Vladimir Putin noted: “The Nazis planned to colonize the Soviet land, to kill or turn into slaves and to take away the languages and culture of all who lived here – the Slavs and people of other ethnicities. These crimes of the Nazis and their minions and the genocide against the peoples of the Soviet Union do not have a statute of limitations. This assessment must remain firm in our legislation and in the international law system”. 🕯 Losses caused by the actions of the Nazis and their accomplices during the Great Patriotic War amounted to no fewer than 27 million Soviet citizens, while the total estimated demographic losses of the USSR approached 50 million people. #NoStatuteOfLimitations

Today is the anniversary of the horrific terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. 22.03.2024... This barbaric crime shook the entire world. In the very first minutes and hours of the tragedy, officials and ordinary people from different countries and corners of the globe expressed their solidarity with our country and our people, showed support. Compassionate people across all continents, as well as Russian compatriots and friends, extended their heartfelt condolences, brought flowers and paid tribute to the victims – adults and children alike left toys and flowers at Russian diplomatic missions abroad. The world mourned the victims together, as one. Condolences from abroad continued to pour in for a long time and are still being received to this day. March 24, 2024, was declared a national day of mourning in Russia. State flags were lowered on the main building of the Russian Foreign Ministry and at Russian diplomatic missions worldwide. At the Ministry and Russian embassies, condolence books were opened, and Russian diplomats lined up to donate blood for the victims of the attack. On March 30, 2024, a ceremony was held to lay flowers at the makeshift memorial near Crocus City Hall, attended by members of the diplomatic corps. Meanwhile, Western media – having lost all sense of morality and decency – cynically exploited the terrorist attack to speculate about interethnic relations in Russia while simultaneously attempting to whitewash the terrorists. We responded with an Anti-Fake, documenting the most outrageous and unethical publications. Detailed factual information was also provided about the attack and the course of the investigation, along with a summary of terrorist attacks committed in previous years, attacks orchestrated with the involvement of Ukrainian special services, and the role of the Western mainstream media. *** Today, a memorial was unveiled at the site of the tragedy in Krasnogorsk – a black granite stele standing opposite the concert hall. It bears the image of white cranes. The Investigative Committee of Russia has announced that “the investigation of 19 individuals accused of terrorist crimes has been completed. They remain in custody and are currently reviewing case materials.” Based on the collected evidence, the investigation has concluded that the terrorist attack was planned and orchestrated by the security services of an unfriendly state with the aim of destabilising the situation in Russia. Members of an international terrorist organisation were recruited to carry it out. #NoStatuteOfLimitations 📷©Alexey Maishev / RIA Novosti

🕯On August 6, 1945, exactly 80 years ago, humanity witnessed one of the most horrific events in history, when the United States dropped an atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima, targeting civilians for the first time. ◼️ At 8.15 am the hands of the clock in Hiroshima stood still. The “Little Boy” atomic bomb, weighing 4.4 tons, exploded at an altitude of 576 metres above ground, instantly incinerating over 80'000 people. The temperature at the epicentre of the explosion reached nearly 4'000 degrees Celsius, destroying everything within an 800-metre radius. Tens of thousands more residents of the city died in the following months from radiation sickness and other impacts of radiation exposure. The development of the deadly weapon commenced in the United States as early as 1939, before the launch of the secret Manhattan Project in 1942, led by nuclear physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer and General Leslie R. Groves, Jr. The creation of the nuclear arsenal cost a staggering $2 billion (equivalent to roughly $45 billion today), and involved more than 130'000 specialists. The US leadership sought to acquire an ultimate weapon that would enable them to impose their will on the entire world. By the summer of 1945, three atomic bombs had been produced: the “Gadget” for testing, the “Little Boy,” and the “Fat Man”. The latter two were designed to intimidate Japan and to showcase the growing power of the United States to the Soviet Union. ☝️ Western historians are still trying to justify this barbaric act as necessary to force Japan to surrender. However, by early August 1945, the Japanese troops were already on the brink of exhaustion, and the Soviet Union’s entry into the war on August 8 played a key role in defeating militarist Japan. The bombing of Hiroshima was a brutal demonstration of American force in an attempt to justify the huge financial investment in the nuclear programme. 🕯 Survivors of the atomic bombing, known in Japan as “hibakusha” (literally, “people affected by exposure”), lived for decades with severe physical and psychological consequences. According to Japan’s Health Ministry, approximately 200'000 Hibakusha were still alive in 2012. 💬 Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov: To this day, the terrible death of innocent civilians strikes a chord with millions of people on our planet. It is hard to fullyunderstand what the masterminds and perpetrators of such an inhumane act were guided by. (excerpt from Sergey Lavrov’s message to the participants of the memorial ceremony in Hiroshima on the 75th anniversary of the atomic bombing). Neither President Harry Truman nor his successors ever apologised for the suffering inflicted on the residents of Hiroshima and their descendants. Moreover, Japanese officials have chosen to silence the fact that the United States was responsible for the tragedy. #NoStatuteOfLimitations

#NoStatuteOfLimitations

🕯On 20 August 2022, the life of journalist Daria Dugina tragically ended. Her murder was an act of bloody terror by the Kiev regime targeting those who are not afraid to speak the truth. Two years later, this crime, like other similar murders, remains without a proper response from relevant international organisations. Those who, by the nature of their work, should protect the rights of journalists continue to ignore the blatant acts of violence against media representatives whose views do not match the West's preferred narrative. ❗️We demand that the European Union stop applying "double standards": the right to life and freedom of expression must be guaranteed equally for all, without exception or political preference. We regularly inform the European public and the Brussels diplomatic corps about the brutality and violent nature of the Kiev regime. As part of this work, the Permanent Mission organised the screening of the RT documentary "Operation Ukraine. Terror on Demand", which vividly illustrates the methods of the Ukrainian security services to eliminate political and ideological opponents. #NoStatuteOfLimitations

🕯June 22 is one of the most tragic and sorrowful dates in the history of our country. Eighty-three years ago, the Great Patriotic War began, which lasted 1,418 days and claimed the lives of almost 27 million Soviet citizens. On this day in 1941 at 3.30am, Nazi Germany attacked our country without a declaration of war. There were massive strikes on airfields, railway hubs and cities to a depth of 250-300 km from the state border. The Soviet-German front became the main front of the Second World War. 📻"Our cause is just, the enemy will be defeated. Victory will be ours!" — these words from the address of the People's Commissar of Foreign Affairs Vyacheslav Molotov went down in history, inspired millions to fight the then seemingly unbeatable military machine of the Third Reich and, in the end, turned out to be prophetic. At the cost of irreplaceable losses, our country made a decisive contribution to the defeat of the Third Reich, liberated Europe from the Nazi plague and saved the world. Eternal glory to those who perished for the freedom and independence of our Motherland! 🎥© Russian Military Historical Society #NoStatuteOfLimitations#Victory79

🗓 On January 23, 1930, Tanya Savicheva, a schoolgirl who kept a diary during the Siege of Leningrad, marking the days and hours of her relatives’ death, was born. She grew up in Leningrad together with her elder sisters Yevgenia (Zhenya) and Nina and her brothers Leonid (Lyoka) and Mikhail. Their father died in 1936. In late May 1941, Tanya finished the third grade. When the Great Patriotic War broke out the family stayed in Leningrad, working in the rear, doing everything they could to help the Red Army. On September 8, 1941, the Siege of Leningrad commenced. According to Hitler’s plans, all its residents were supposed to die. 📖 One day, Tanya found a notebook her elder sister left behind. It was in that notebook that she made her short and horribly tragic entries, which make your heart ache: • Zhenya died on December 28 at 12 noon, 1941. • Grandma died on January 25 at 3 pm, 1942. • Lyoka died on March 17 at 5 in the morning, 1942. • Uncle Vasya died on April 13 at 2 in the morning, 1942. • Uncle Lyosha, May 10, at 4 in the afternoon, 1942. • Mom, May 13 at 7:30 in the morning, 1942. • The Savichevs are dead. • Everyone is dead. • Only Tanya is left. Keeping the diary helped Tanya cope with anxiety, fear, and loss. Amid hunger, constant shelling, bombings, and the death of her loved ones, the piece of paper and pencil became a form of self-comfort and support. After her mother’s death, the severely ill Tanya lived in an orphanage, which was evacuated to the Gorky region in August 1942. She fought for her life for almost two years. In March 1944, Tanya, who was diagnosed with bone tuberculosis, scurvy, dystrophy, nervous exhaustion and blindness, was transported to a nursing home. She succumbed, worn out by her diseases. 🕯 Tanya Savicheva passed away on July 1, 1944, at the age of 14. The only Savichevs who survived the war were her sister Nina, who was registered as missing, and her brother Mikhail, who joined the partisans. Nina, upon returning to Leningrad, found Tanya’s diary. In 1946, the public saw Tanya’s diary at the exhibition about the heroic defence of Leningrad. In 1953, the diary was transferred to the Museum of the History of Leningrad (St Petersburg), where it has been kept since then. Tanya Savicheva’s diary is one of many heartbreaking testimonies of the Great Patriotic War, Nazi crimes, and the inhuman trials endured by the Soviet people. Tanya became a symbol of true courage and the tragedy of besieged Leningrad. #WeRemember#NoStatuteOfLimitations

#KievRegimeCrimes 📓 A new report, which was prepared by The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis chaired by Maxim Grigoriev, titled 'War Crimes of the Kiev Regime. Materials of the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazi (2024–2025)' has recently been published. This edition presents direct testimonies of victims of Ukrainian war crimes and crimes against humanity. Their words are direct accusations of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi regime, which, with the support of Western countries, systematically and purposefully organized mass shootings of Russian and Russian-speaking citizens in the territory temporarily under its control. In the territory temporarily controlled by the Kiev regime, the Russian-speaking population has been subjected to constant terror since 2014. ❗️ Witness testimonies in this publication denounce the Ukrainian authorities for murder, torture, beatings, rape and disappearances of citizens. The Kiev Neo-Nazi regime has systematically and flagrantly violated the Geneva Conventions and massively committed war crimes, which, according to international law, have #NoStatuteOfLimitations. 💬 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov: The facts presented herein about the criminal acts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are truly appalling. Deliberate killing of civilians, torture, beatings, looting, bombing, shelling and destruction of purely civilian objects — this is by no means a complete list of crimes committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazi. This publication is especially valuable due to the fact that it is based on the testimonies of eyewitnesses and people who suffered directly at the hands of armed groups controlled by the Kiev regime. The atrocities committed by the Ukro-Nazi are hard to read about. But it is necessary to know about them. It is necessary because they are the simplest, most direct and irrefutable proof of the correctness and timeliness of the decision to carry out a special military operation to save people of Russian culture and eliminate threats to the security of our country. Today, Russian soldiers and officers protect the peaceful population of Russian regions, life, honour and dignity of our citizens and compatriots in Donbass and Novorossiya. Our common task is to do everything necessary to ensure that all those responsible for crimes are punished inevitably. This is the sacred mission of the book you are about to read. 👉Full report (pdf)

🗓 July 27 is the Day of Remembrance for Child Victims of the War in Donbass. In 2014, the Kiev regime thugs unleashed a full-scale military operation against the civilian population of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. Some 300 children have been killed and more than 1'000 have been injured over the years. Twelve-year-old ballerina Katya Kutubayeva was one of the victims of this human-hating aggression. On August 4, 2022, she was killed in Donetsk during a Ukrainian neo-Nazi attack on the city centre. This girl, who dreamed of dancing the role of Masha in The Nutcracker, had been preparing to enroll at the Vaganova Russian Ballet Academy — just three weeks away. Galina Volodina, a teacher at the Vadim Pisarev Choreography School who was accompanying Katya that day, also lost her life. The tragedy happened as the farewell ceremony for Hero of Russia Olga Kachura was taking place nearby at Donbass Opera. Everybody who remembered and knew Katya described her as deeply purpose-driven. While neo-Nazis continued to attack Donetsk, she never stopped practising and strove to uplift those around her. 💬 Teacher Marina Nikolskaya: Katyusha has made incredible progress in recent years. She possesses both physical abilities and proportions for ballet, with a petite head and elongated limbs. She is also extremely hard-working. 🕯 The memory of Katya lives on. On June 1, 2025, on Children's Day, an anonymous artist created a graffiti depiction of a child’s silhouette on the site of the strike. #WeRemember#NoStatuteOfLimitations ©DPR Infoschool
