💬High Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova: At the invitation of the President of the International Committee of the Red CrossMirjana Spoljaric Egger we met at the ICRC headquarters in Geneva. We reviewed issues related to the search for missing persons and the protection of the rights of civilians staying in temporary accommodation facilities. We also discussed the transfer of parcels containing letters from relatives of POWs, as well as the need to ensure respect for the rights of Russian servicemen held in penitentiary institutions in Ukraine.
