sometimes I set up my goals high enough to the point it scares myself but also excites me; especially when I know that that should be in everyone's goal since it is one of human's basic needs. and all I want and all I need is encouragement and fair knowledge & guidance given as support from those who are close to me, but sometimes the goal might be so big that they get scared more than you yourself. 😅 but yes, I wonder why.. why people don't hesitate to buy expensive car, but hesitate to buy a house? of course the total price of a house is always bigger than an expensive car, but there's no big difference between monthly instalment for a house compared to an expensive car. yes, true. because the loan tenure for a house can be maxed up to 30 years, yet the loan tenure for a car can only be maxed up to 9 years. scared to buy a ±MYR250k house that you need to pay in 30 years but aren't scared to buy a ±MYR100-150k car that you need to pay in 9 years? I mean like, if you are not ready to commit in buying a house but you're not eager to commit on buying expensive car either then okay that's normal. But if you don't want to commit in buying a house yet you are eager to buy an expensive car, then that's 'weird'. But that 'weird' is what normal is nowadays. 🤦🏻‍♀ Think about it. #thoughts@quietworld🍃
