The most effective lessons and values are learned through experience. Especially the hard painful ones. Focus on the values and lessons learned, not the loss – the best and only way to cope with any painful experiences 😌 It will still hurt, but you'll be willing to accept it when you see it from that perspective. At least you'll hurt in peace, not hurt and be chaotic inside out too.. ☺ #thoughts@quietworld🍃
