The server will be rolled back to 9 AM UTC on October 4th, 2024. All players who return tomorrow will receive a big compensation package, tailored to your game journey in Season 3🎁 We understand this may be frustrating, and we want to provide a clear explanation for this action: >> The rollback is necessary due to issues with the guild war rules, particularly the loss of surplus BEE. We acknowledge that these rules were unreasonable, and the responsibility for this mistake lies with us due to inadequate communication. >> The root of the issue was a communication gap between the testing and production versions, which led to a critical rule not being properly conveyed to guild owners. This rollback is not in response to any specific guild's complaint; it is a correction of our internal errors to ensure fairness for all players, both guilds and individual players. While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, it is essential to fix our mistakes and improve the overall experience. We greatly appreciate your patience and apologize for any disruption this may cause. 🚨Important Announcement Regarding Maintenance 🚨 Hey everyone, We want to sincerely apologize for the extended maintenance, and we understand how frustrating this situation has been. Here’s what happened: During the guild war, a lack of clear communication from our team about the new rules led to a misjudgment by several guild owners. This, combined with a bug during the guild war, snowballed into an issue that affected many guilds. Therefore, we have to stop the game. We take full responsibility for these mistakes, and we’re deeply sorry to everyone impacted. Here’s where we went wrong: 1️⃣ Lack of Clear Communication: We failed to communicate the new mechanics clearly when the product went live. Major rule changes should have been stated explicitly—not left to assumptions. 2️⃣ Unreasonable Rule: Surplus BEE should not have been wasted after successfully attacking a wonder, while you already owns another wonder. BEE should have returned to the guild’s battle-ready state, as it represents the contributions of every member. To be specifically, we'll update a full list of scenarios that can be happened when attack and defense, with or without a wonder 🐝💪 3️⃣ Internal Miscommunication: Our product testing and release documentation were not properly synced. This led to an incomplete update and contributed to the issues at hand. We’ve learned a lot from this incident and will do everything in our power to ensure it never happens again. ✨ Compensation will be made after the maintenance ends, and we’re extending the season until November 6th to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to participate. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience while we fix this. What a chaotic "Wednesday-Update" 🥺 We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience many of you have experienced. A lot has happened, and the impact was felt by a large number of users. After careful consideration, we've decided to take a step back to review what could have been handled better and identify the fixes that need to be made. As a result, the game will be under maintenance until further notice while we work on finding the best solutions for everyone. We have several alternatives on the table, but need more time to evaluate the pros and cons, particularly for resolving the Guild War issue: - Fixing critical issues related to Guild War. - When abandoning a wonder, troops will automatically return to the guild. - If you attack another wonder while holding one, any surplus troops will automatically return to your guild.
