🐻Announcement: Bans Enforced to Protect Fair Play in BBC Dear BBC Players, We have recently discovered that some players exploited a system loophole to increase their candy amount for personal gain, which negatively impacted the experience for other players. In order to protect the fairness of the game, we implemented an automatic ban on accounts with suspicious transactions. Following this, we conducted a thorough manual review of these accounts. As a result, some players were unbanned after we determined that their actions were not intentional and they did not deliberately exploit the system. Our mission is to maintain a fun, positive, and fair environment for all players.
