🇺🇦🇷🇺Russian Strikes Target Kyiv Energy Infrastructure and Dnipropetrovsk Kyiv's energy infrastructure sustained damage following Iskander-M missile strikes. The attack targeted a power plant within the capital city. Authorities are assessing the extent of the damage and working to restore power. NASA FIRMS data shows large fires burning at the Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plant in Zelenodolsk, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as a result of the earlier Iskander-M strikes. Cruise missiles are now attacking the Kyiv Reservoir area, where hydroelectric power stations are located, and drones are attacking the Kyiv region. Several explosions have also been reported at the Tripolskaya Thermal Power station in the Kiev region. A large-scale combined missile and drone attack was carried out on Ukraine last night and this morning. Approximately 31 missiles were launched, including Iskander-M and Iskander-K types. The main targets were Ukrainian energy infrastructure, including the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant and the Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plant. DTEK has confirmed that one of its power stations was also attacked. Ballistic missiles struck the center of Kyiv last night. The Nova Poshta terminal near Kharkov was also struck in the recent attacks. Footage shows an Iskander-M ballistic missile strike on eastern Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
