🌿 Weekly Plan: Self-Care & discipline ❤️ ⸻ Monday – Workspace Cleaning 🧹 At least 30 minutes ✔ Wipe the desk ✔ Remove all unnecessary items ✔ Put everything in its place ✔ Take out the trash ⸻ Tuesday – Reading Day 📚 Read at least 5 pages A book, magazine, article — anything, as long as you read ⸻ Wednesday – Sugar-Free Day 🚫 No soda, chocolate, candy, energy drinks 🚫 No coffee or sweet tea ✅ Fruits are allowed 😊 ⸻ Thursday – One Hour without phone before bed 📵 Put your phone away one hour before sleep ✔ Read, chat, reflect — just no screen time ⸻ Friday – Kindness Day 😊 No swearing 😊 Smile and greet people ⸻ Saturday – Go to Bed Earlier 🛏️ Try to be asleep by 00:00 AM 💤 Good sleep = strong health ⸻ Sunday – Activity Day Wake up early 🏃‍♂️ Go for a run or workout at home
