The Three Mirrors For Inner Beauty (Part 1) Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all? are famous words. To check our external beauty or tidiness, we look into the mirror on the wall each day. But on a mental, emotional and spiritual level, what is the mirror that helps you to see if there is anything wrong with your inner face or self or to realize what is happening to you and what you have to do to maintain your inner fairness or beauty? There are three types of mirrors, which one can use to see or check the internal self: The first mirror is the mirror of spiritual knowledge – Spiritual knowledge is the knowledge related to spiritual self-development i.e. of the soul and also of the Supreme Soul. Each day, in the morning, you can look into this mirror for 5 minutes at least. Looking into this mirror means listening to or reading a piece of spiritual knowledge for at least 5 minutes that connects you to your inner essence, increases your emotional and spiritual intelligence as well as reminds you of your true purpose. You will see yourself very clearly in this mirror as this mirror will show you: - the knowledge of the original and ideal virtues of the soul like peace, love, bliss, purity, power, joy etc.; - how these virtues can be imbibed in the self to benefit the self and others; - the knowledge of the different types of weaknesses that can arise in the soul like anger, greed, ego, hatred, fear, attachment, jealousy, sorrow, etc., the roots of all which lie in mis-identification with the physical self and forgetting the spiritual self and how these weaknesses can harm the self and others; - the knowledge of overcoming these weaknesses. All of these things which you see in the mirror will help you to check where you stand in comparison to the right code of conduct for thoughts, feelings, attitudes, emotions, words and actions, where you are going wrong and how you can make the required corrections in the same. On looking into this mirror you will be reminded of the Law of Karma (the Law of Action and Reaction), which will motivate you to make these corrections. (To be continued tomorrow ….)

Making The Earth Beautiful And Pure | The Earth is a sacred space given to us by nature to stay on and make beautiful at every step. We radiate the energy from our inner consciousness every second to this planet, on which life exists in its fullest beauty. The higher the quality of our thoughts and feelings, the more we contribute in donating positivity and purity to the Earth. Let us create a few affirmations and remember them again and again everyday for achieving this purpose - 1. I am a pure soul with a beautiful mind and heart ... I think nice and positive for myself and for everyone and everything around me ... My vibrations radiate to every element of nature, every life form and all plants and vegetation ... They all become filled with peace, love and happiness ... 2. I am a powerful soul filled with all spiritual powers ... I radiate strength to everything on Earth and revive its original richness ... Every flower blossoms, every animal feels fulfilled, all mountains and oceans overflow with abundance, every soil particle creates natural beauty ... 3. I connect with God, the spiritual seed of the World Tree ... He fills me with all His specialties ... I radiate all these specialties through my eyes to everything I see on Earth today ... I smile at the Earth and thank it ... The Earth smiles back at me and thanks me ... 4. I take every step on Earth today with a positive consciousness of care and concern ... My spiritual energy flows to Earth from my feet and feeds the Earth with spiritual sustenance and blessings ... The Earth revives again to become as clean, pure and beautiful as it was in the beginning ...

Seed of Peace : If we plant a positive, clean seed of thought and concentrate on it, we give it energy, like the sun gives to a seed in the earth. And as the seed in the earth awakens, stirs and begins to grow, the thoughts on which we concentrate awaken, stir and begin to grow. So let us sow positive thoughts. Each morning before we begin the journey of the day let us sit still, in silence, and sow the seed of peace. Peace is harmony and balance. Peace is freedom from the burden of negativity and wastefulness. Let peace find its home within us. Peace is our original strength, our eternal tranquillity of being.

5 Types Of Sanskars Of The Soul The soul has 3 faculties mind,intellect and sanskars. Very often we say we can’t understand each other and sometimes we can’t understand our own behavior. It is because we are not aware of the sanskars or personality traits each of us carries. Each soul carries 5 types of sanskars: 1. Sanskars we get from our parents and family - We often find certain habits of ours very similar to habits of members of our family. They could be physical habits or our way of thinking and personality traits. 2. Sanskars which are created because of the environment we are in - country, caste, culture, city, locality, school, friends and social circle. 3. Sanskars we carry forward from our past birth - We understand that we are not this body, but the spiritual energy that uses the body, energy which is not created or destroyed – energy which is immortal, eternal. Death means the soul leaves the old body and has a new body ready for it to use. When the soul leaves one costume, it carries its sanskars with it. This explains why even identical twins have very different personalities, bodies are identical but each soul is carrying a different past. 4. Sanskars created by our own will power - We may carry any type of sanskar from the past, family or environment, but if we wish to change, we can create a new sanskar with our own will power. 5. Original sanskars of the soul- The above 4 types of sanskars are acquired after using the body, but each soul has an original set of sanskars - peace, joy, love, bliss, purity, power and wisdom. These 7 sanskars are the original sanskars of every soul, and all the sanskars we see today of ego, anger, greed, jealousy, fear… are acquired sanskars. When we become soul conscious and remain aware of our original sanskars, they start to emerge again. Let us remember who am I, I am a pure, peaceful, loveful soul, and so is every soul I will meet today.

Finding The Destiny Maker (Part 3) Today, there are a large number of people experiencing loneliness and are not getting what they want, from people close to them. Also their roles in their personal and professional lives are troubling them a lot by repeatedly bringing failure. If success is there, it is extremely short-lived. Also, because the five elements are coming down in their levels of quality, more and more people who have been healthy for most of their life, are suddenly becoming unhealthy. Along with that, a general mental depression is showing in many people’s lives. This is even with people who have been very successful and content for most part of their lives. And, don’t forget - a very important mental energy giver to people - relationships are becoming fragile and are easily cracking or failing under different types of pressures. People who can say that their lives are full of positivity in every way and that too permanently, are very few or close to none. Because of this, people are realizing a need for change in their lives and are looking for an improvement in the quality of their lives. This is because they feel their lives are lacking something. But the fact is that that emptiness can only be filled permanently by a spiritual source which is none other than God. This spiritual source will fill our lives with invisible attainments, those attainments which cannot be destroyed or taken away from us, no matter what happens in our lives. So, let all of us together hold the hand of God, the destiny maker, while He is there with us and fill ourselves with thousands of attainments for the present. At the same time, also purify ourselves through God and make our lives full of happiness.

Finding The Destiny Maker (Part 2) God is a destiny maker, using whose knowledge we can bring happiness in our lives and face a life which may have its ups and downs. This is only possible when we are completely pure beings. That is our original state when we come down on Earth to play our respective roles. God performs His role in the world drama of freeing His children from the chains of sorrow and insecurity due to the world’s problems. Also he frees us from the effect of problems in our personal lives by filling us with strength. Purity in our every thought, word and action is the primary knowledge that God gives us to follow in our lives. And the foremost important technique to bring this purity and cleanliness in our life is meditation, which gives us the power to do that. Also, the more we use meditation to empower our thoughts, the more determined we become. We don’t let negative thoughts or unnecessary thoughts affect us, when we have a difficult situation to face. There are people in this world who have adopted spirituality in their daily lives because spiritual tools like meditation, which is the remembrance of God as a spiritual being, are helpful to them. This technique helps us become stable and remain powerful in today’s world of sudden changes and disturbances.
