From serving 10 years in the Ministry of Steel to getting Recommended for Territorial Army. This is the story of Vishal Bhardwaj, who hails from Jamshedpur and is currently posted in Hyderabad. Coming from a defence background, the aspiration to serve in uniform remained with him over the years. Before joining R2R, his main concern was clarity. He often heard “Be yourself" But his question was How exactly to be yourself? He also found Psychology tests challenging especially writing TAT stories. After joining R2R, The breakthrough came when: 1️⃣ He learned structured introspection and started understanding himself deeply. 2️⃣ He understood how to connect psychology stories with real-life experiences to genuinely reflect his personality. With his consistency and practice, he developed clarity in his responses across tests. And he got recommended from 22 SSB for Territorial Army.
