We don’t just claim, we deliver. From our experience, this is the time generally required to get recommended if you work with us: 1. Fresher – 1.5 months 2. Fresher with poor English – 3 months (including 2 months of English speaking practice) 3. Repeater – 15–30 days 4. Previously recommended – 15 days Exception: Up to 6 months may be required if there is any significant personality flaw. The first admission in our offline batch got recommended. We're posting the news late on his request after his medicals are done! Anurag came to us on 3rd September, had his SSB on 22nd October, and got recommended on 26th October. As a fresher, he took (almost 45 days) from preparation to recommendation. From preparing for the Civil Services, to appearing for CDS for the first time, to getting recommended in his fresher attempt. Hailing from Ranchi, Jharkhand, Anurag grew up with a clear influence. His father is an IRS officer, and naturally, the goal was civil services. He prepared seriously in Patel Nagar and has always been academically inclined. Along the way, he cleared multiple exams — UGC NET twice, IB Pre and Mains — and narrowly missed the Civil Services prelims by 1.33 marks. He filled the CDS form, because a friend was doing the same. One of our students, Balajee (AIR 99, CDS IMA), referred him to us. Anurag was a fresher and came from a completely civil background. He had no idea about the SSB process and what was actually expected. At R2R, we didn’t try to change him. We helped him understand who he really is. He learned how to reflect his real life experiences and align them naturally with OLQs. In Psych, his thoughts and emotions were missing. We worked on bridging that gap. Time was another challenge. Alongside preparation, Anurag was managing his Master’s degree and research paper. With limited time for GTO, he relied on recorded lectures and last-moment clarity sessions — focusing on structures, ideas, and execution. And he made it.
