🪙 New Ethereum Standard for AI Agent Payments A new Ethereum standard called ERC-8183 has been proposed to enable conditional payments between AI agents. The mechanism works like programmable escrow. Funds are locked and released only after a task is completed. The idea is to create basic infrastructure for an “agent economy” where software can automatically order services, execute tasks and pay each other on chain.
