The 5 Tibetan Rites: I have been doing these daily for the almost 3 weeks. Highly recommended. Every day increase 1 rep on each exercise up to a maximum of 21 reps. Really gentle on the body (for those with injuries) yet gets the job done—and quickly! Please Share.
