🧐Despite some FUD, Telegram has no dependence on Russian capital. Our recent $1.7B bond offering included exactly zero Russian investors. 📰 Redesign changes in Telegram for iOS 12.3. — Two chat search buttons are now a conscious decision – they appear in the toolbar and, as before, at the top. — The toolbar for selecting multiple contacts and chats has finally been redesigned. — The segmented control in profiles has been redesigned – the "Posts, gifts, photos,…" line now looks fresh, like a folder list. — The internal browser is now similar to Safari 26. It's now minimalist, and when scrolling vertically, the address bar collapses to a minimum, while other elements are simply hidden. — The top bar has been redesigned. 📰❗️The International Journal of Computer Applications published a PDF document online stating that it's possible to recover messages and full-size images from the Telegram Web cache, and that deleted messages can also be retrieved from a RAM dump using FTK Imager. Now, important:always clear the cache in your browser settings, or use incognito mode! Web versions don't have cache clearing or self-clearing functionality upon deauthorization.
