Telegram Wallet to Offer Tokenized U.S. Stocks & ETFs This October Telegram is teaming up with Kraken and Backed Finance to integrate xStocks—tokenized representations of U.S. equities and ETFs—into its Wallet starting in October. Key highlights: • Over 60 U.S. stocks and ETFs (e.g. Apple, Tesla, S&P 500) will be available in tokenized form. • Each token is backed 1:1 by the underlying asset, ensuring that the digital version tracks the real security. • Trading will operate 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, beyond typical U.S. market hours. • Initially, the feature will run in Telegram’s custodial Wallet. A rollout to the noncustodial TON Wallet is expected later. • Since its debut on Kraken and on-chain platforms, xStocks trading volume has already crossed several billion dollars.
