⁡😀#TDesktop is working on Screen Reader support. You can find more information in the corresponding commit. Telegram will detect and support accessibility software. Screen Reader is designed to allow blind people to continue using Telegram which will read text aloud. You can disable this mode separately, as Telegram warns that this mode may suddenly change its interface.
