Да, когда речь шла о признанных международных террористах и пропаганде радикальных террористических идей или наркоторговле в Telegram, спецслужбы постсовестского пространства могли рассчитывать на помощь Дурова и руководства Telegram, но когда речь заходила о политически мотивированном преследовании, доступе к переписке и контактам, Дуров и руководство Telegram никогда не реагировали на подобные запросы.
