Средства были успешно переведены на промежуточный замороженный кошелек. Они больше недоступны адресу, который изначально их удерживал, и могут быть перемещены только по дальнейшему решению управления Arbitrum, которое будет координироваться с соответствующими сторонами.

🇺🇸👨⚖️#ARB#ETH An American court has issued a restraining order against Arbitrum DAO, prohibiting it from transferring assets in ETH worth ~$71 million, which were frozen as a result of a hacker attack on KelpDAO.
The plaintiffs propose to use these assets to enforce unfulfilled court judgments on "compensation for terrorist attacks and kidnappings in North Korea" in recent years.
The court views Arbitrum DAO as an accountable "partner organization" and notes that its Security Council has the authority to take emergency measures, and members who refuse to cooperate may face legal liability, including contempt of court.
