🥇L'oro esiste in natura, non si degrada ed è relativamente scarso, queste due proprietà fanno si che sia una buona riserva di valore. Ogni anno viene estratto (minato) il 2% di oro in più. Tuttavia, nessuno sa quanto ancora ne è rimasto sulla Terra e se mai possa esistere in altri pianeti (chissà che Musk non ne estragga su Marte!), quindi è relativamente scarso, inoltre è difficile da riconoscere, è pesante e poco divisibile.
🥇 Bitcoin invece, è stato realizzato artificialmente, come l'oro non si degrada ed è assolutamente scarso. Si sa esattamente quanti Bitcoin si possono minare, sono 21 milioni, nessuno può cambiare questa regola e verranno minati tuttientro il 2140 circa.
Ogni transazoine è pubblica, per tanto chiunque può riconoscere i Bitcoin veri in estrema facilità, essendo "online" è leggero come una piuma indipendentemente dalla quantità che possedete ed è molto liquido, si può infatti dividere in cento milioni di parti
