Luigi Mangioni should argue in court that the killing of the UnitedHealthcare CEO was in defense of the tens of thousands of people the company was murdering or attempting to murder with its corrupt practices and therefore wasn’t murder but self defense on the part of himself and others. It is both a strong legal and moral argument that may hang a jury or win an acquittal. It is also an argument that is fairly easy to prove.
