It has come to our attention that some Russians are not adequately thankful for the newly ratified biometrics law that keeps them extremely safe and secure. Don’t these silly geese read English-language RT.com, or other highly reliable and authoritative websites that copy-paste government talking points? Russia’s Unified Biometric System (UBS) was specifically designed to protect and serve the Russian people by giving control of all biometric data in the country to a joint-stock company partly owned by Russia’s central bank.
